Last week I had an unexpected experience (if I may call it so), that has prompted me to write this post. This is not gonna be the usual outfit post.
Last weekend went by waaay too fast and I’m not ready for school but oh well…
You know days when you have everything all planned out, best poses, beautiful smiles only and a flawless make up…and then the pictures come out! **sighs** horror. Anyone else hate that as much as I do?
Its all about the African print (Ntoma as its called in my local dialect) today. This is what I had planned on wearing for my presentation but someway somehow I changed my mind at the last minute. Fast forward the next day I still couldn’t get it outta my mind so I wore it to church (though i’m not very comfortable wearing pants to church) and … viola!
Not to make you feel bad or anything but if by now you don’t know, haven’t heard of or is not using the hottest, coolest, exciting, near magical app on the planet, hhmmnn then there’s something wrong somewhere.
But not to worry, that’s why yours faithful is here to enlighten you…
Let’s get started!
Last Saturday was a guest lecture weekend in my school, its a day Entrepreneurs in training get to pitch their software products they have been working on to potential investors. Yours truly was pitching a product called Firame Afrik, which simply is a platform for African fashion designers to show their exquisite designs to the world. My joy is more than I can type hence my title but in simple words it went G-REAT!
I know it’s not March 8th yet but Mest Ghana in collaboration with Vodafone Ghana, Google Ghana and Nokia Ghana (lol lots of Ghana) decided to celebrate it today. Probably because of Ghana’s upcoming Independence day celebration and the holiday that comes after it.
